Getting started

What does Sentiva Solutions actually do?

We're a full-service IT company. We handle managed IT support (help desk, monitoring, hardware), cybersecurity (threat detection, audits, endpoint protection), cloud services (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365) and IT consulting (strategy, compliance, roadmaps). Think of us as your outsourced IT department, or as a specialist layer on top of the team you already have.

How do I get started?

Reach out through the contact form or email [email protected]. We'll set up a free 30-minute discovery call to learn about your environment and what you need. After that we send a custom proposal within 48 hours. No obligation and no pressure.

What size businesses do you work with?

Everything from 5-person offices to companies with 300+ employees. We're usually the best fit for small and mid-sized businesses (10 to 200 employees) that want enterprise-quality IT without paying for a full internal team.

What industries do you serve?

Healthcare, legal, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, nonprofits and more. We have specific experience with HIPAA compliance in healthcare and with the data security frameworks common in legal and finance.

Support and response times

How fast do you respond to support requests?

Critical issues (system down, security breach) get a response in under 15 minutes. High-priority issues within 1 hour. Standard requests within 4 business hours. Managed clients get 24/7 coverage with these response times guaranteed.

Is support available 24/7?

Yes, for managed IT clients. Support runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For general inquiries and non-managed work, we respond within 1 business day.

Do you provide on-site support?

Yes. Most issues get solved remotely because it's faster, but we do on-site work across Pennsylvania, the Northeast and beyond for clients who need it.

Is your support staff based in the U.S.?

Yes, always. Every engineer and support specialist on your account is based in the U.S. Local accountability matters, especially with sensitive business data.

Pricing and billing

How does your pricing work?

We don't publish fixed prices because every business is different. After a free assessment, we put together a custom proposal based on team size, the services you need, how complex your setup is and any compliance requirements. Pricing is clear and itemized, with no hidden fees.

How are invoices sent?

Electronically, to your billing contact. Payment terms are Net 15 or Net 30 depending on your agreement. We don't auto-charge cards. Everything is paid by invoice.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Every engagement is month-to-month. If you want to cancel, we just ask for 30 days' notice so the handover goes smoothly.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. Onboarding, documentation, agent deployment and initial setup are all included. You pay the agreed monthly rate and that's it.

Security and compliance

Can you help with HIPAA compliance?

Yes. We've helped a lot of healthcare organizations meet HIPAA requirements: security risk assessments, policies, access controls, audit logging and staff training.

What happens if there's a security breach?

We follow a documented incident response process. For managed clients, our team gets to work right away: containing the incident, assessing the damage and getting you back to normal operations.

How do you protect client data?

All client data is covered by strict confidentiality agreements. We use encrypted communication, least-privilege access and MFA on all internal systems. We never share or sell client data.

Cloud and technology

What cloud platforms do you support?

We're certified partners for Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, and we support Google Cloud too. We also manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Can you migrate us to the cloud?

Yes, it's one of the things we get asked for most. We handle the whole process (assessment, planning, migration, testing and support afterward) with the goal of zero downtime.

We already have IT systems. Can you work with what we have?

Yes. We look at your current setup first and build around what already works. We're not there to replace everything, just to make it better, safer and easier to manage.

Still have questions?

We're happy to talk through anything. No pressure and no sales pitch.
