Jessica Briggs is a Systems Administrator at Sentiva Solutions, managing server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization for Sentiva's managed clients. MCSA certified, Jessica has spent her career keeping Windows and Linux environments running reliably at scale.
Prior to Sentiva, Jessica administered systems for a healthcare technology firm supporting 15+ servers and 400+ endpoints. She is methodical, documentation-focused, and treats every client environment like it's her own.
