Sarah Kowalski joined Sentiva Solutions as Chief Operating Officer after a decade-plus career in managed services operations. She oversees everything that makes the business run — service delivery, vendor relationships, internal processes, and team development.
Before Sentiva, Sarah held senior operations roles at regional MSPs in western Pennsylvania, building the operational playbooks and service delivery frameworks that she now brings to Sentiva's clients.
